2. Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale / clearance / heavily discounted items
• Worn, damaged, or altered products
• Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days
3. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund or store credit as per your choice

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
• Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
